Share your invitation
Copy the link provided by the dashboard. Your friend should use it when creating their account, or enter your code during registration. A referral must be recorded against the new organization to qualify; an existing account or a later top-up alone does not attach a referral.Qualification
The invited organization must:- Have a referral recorded from a valid invitation.
- Save a payment card.
- Reach at least €20 in net top-ups, after refunds.
- Pass the program’s eligibility and abuse checks.
Reward timing
Referrer rewards are processed by a daily release job after the hold matures. The referred account and organization must still be active, the referral code must remain active, and the saved-card and net-top-up conditions must still be satisfied. A hold ending is not a promise of payment at that exact time.
Customer referral codes are limited to 10 paid referrer rewards in a rolling 30-day window. A referral processed after that limit is reached does not earn a referrer grant. A separate program-wide monthly issuance ceiling can defer rewards. Refunds or payment reversals can invalidate a referral or reverse associated promotional credit.
Using referral credit
- Referral credit is consumed before paid credit.
- It has no cash value and cannot be refunded to a payment card.
- Each grant expires six months after it is issued. This is separate from the 30-day hold before a referrer’s grant.
- Credit is held by an organization and follows the usual resource billing rules.
