Suji uses prepaid credits for infrastructure usage. Each organization has its own balance. Organization owners and admins can add credit and manage payment settings.

One-time top-up

1

Open Payment methods

In your organization’s settings, open Payment methods and find Add credits. Add a card if the page asks you to do so.
2

Choose an amount

Choose €10, €25, €50 or €100, or enter a custom amount. The minimum top-up is €10.
3

Complete checkout

Follow Stripe Checkout and use one of the payment options it offers. Available options can vary by device, region and payment configuration.
4

Check your balance

Credit is added after the successful payment is processed. Return to the dashboard and check the organization’s balance and payment history. If a completed payment remains missing, contact support with its payment reference.
Paid top-up credit has no scheduled expiry. Referral credit has separate expiry and refund rules.

Auto-recharge

Auto-recharge is optional and uses the organization’s default saved card. In Payment methods → Auto-recharge, configure:
  • Threshold: the balance below which a recharge is requested.
  • Recharge amount: how much credit to add per successful charge.
  • Monthly cap: an optional limit on automatic top-ups in a calendar month, measured in UTC.
A recharge that would exceed the monthly cap is blocked. This cap limits automatic payments; it does not stop existing resources from accruing usage charges, and it does not include manual top-ups. If a recharge fails or is blocked, review the error, card and cap settings. You can make a one-time top-up while resolving it. A failed recharge can suspend VMs, and reaching zero credit can lead to termination. There is no guaranteed grace period: see When your credit runs low.

Saved cards

The Payment methods page lets owners and admins add cards, choose the default and remove cards. Auto-recharge uses the default card. Removing that card disables auto-recharge when it is enabled; review the setting after changing payment methods.

Payment history and billing details

Payment history includes invoice links where available. One-time Checkout top-ups request a Stripe invoice; older payments and other payment paths may not have a downloadable invoice link. Set your company, address, billing email and applicable tax details in Settings → Billing details before paying. Check the issued document for its tax treatment. Contact support if a document is missing or needs correction.

Stop using Suji

To stop compute charges, delete the VMs you no longer need. Stopping or suspending a VM leaves it allocated and billable. Export your data or verify a backup before deleting resources. Review snapshots and volumes separately: they can remain after a VM is deleted and continue to incur storage charges. Delete unneeded storage resources and disable auto-recharge when you no longer want automatic payments. Do not use an empty balance as a shutdown or backup plan.

Refunds

Contact support to request a review of unused paid credit. Eligibility depends on the remaining refundable balance and the original payments; promotional credit has no cash value. The refund method can depend on payment age. See the Terms of Service for applicable terms.
